love is all around

a series

This will be ongoing, but it came to me last week, just in time for VD. How utterly ironic. But these are reminders that love IS all around, not only romantic love. You just have to look with your heart.

New Orleans French Quarter after Dark 2012

You never know what you will see walking the streets of the New Orlean's French Quarter.

I loved living in New Orleans.

The city is alive with music and art - the buildings and homes, though old, have a charm and magic which is indescribable.

Sure - downtown N.O can be touristy ... and the reason why most people go there is Bourbon Street...

but walk beyond: to the old Derbigy and Esplanade aves... or to the art galleries and book stores in the Quarter... or eat in any of the outdoor and balcony cafe's ... or talk to the local musicians and artists... or hell - just walk the streeet in Uptown and Downtown....and you'll see... you'll fall in love too....

oh yeah - view this in (L)arge - :) cheers!
