Just took a stroll along the Embarcadero one evening before I moved away from SF and decided to stop and smell the flowers.
Another shot from my Holy Island Sunrise trip.
I have never been on a trip where I have been able to catch as many different angles and variations of the same sunrise. The colours in the sky seem to last forever, which is a good job as I was running all over the shop with my kit trying different spots.
I had my wellies on so I thought why not try a shot from the water, I love how the ever rising sun seemed to leave a trail of light from me all the way to the horizon. Hence the name of the photo

A pair of Tundra Swans staging before the long flight north. The bit of yellow on the side of the bill of the following swan, below its eye, gives these birds away as Tundras.

The second part of the fleet following the leaders out of the harbour towards the heads and then South to Hobart. The start has three sections. 1. the super fast Maxi yachts 2. the mid sized yachts 3. the smaller and slower yachts with the bravest crews.
A bit of trivia - just as crowded in the air because in this photo there are seven helicopters above the fleet.

Vaya noche la de aquel dia, y todo gracias a mi mujer que sabiendo que iba a ver nubes y al dia siguiente no, me animo a salir. If you want to grow...make a stand! A stand for your belief, your opinions and your right to find your own path in life. You may find your path is own shared by others or one you walk alone... whatever the case, be happy knowing you are on a path of your own choice.
I don't know what path I am on sometimes. Life doesn't come with GPS assistance.
"Goose Family - Following" by Patti Deters. Four yellow and fuzzy baby goslings follow their parent as they learn to navigate and find food and shelter. Geese (Branta canadensis) are common waterfowl, found through almost all of North America.
