We had some dandelions blooming in November and a few seedlings in the front lawn caught my eye one morning...not the best focus but they wouldn't stop moving...
This little guy looked sleek and slim one minute and a round ball of fluff the next. Tauhou (aka white or silver eyes) eating banana, mandarin and kiwifruit. I do enjoy hanging out watching the birds eat breakfast.

This Mute Swan allowed me to get close enough to admire her beautiful feathers. My guess is that she was fluffing her feathers to trap some air and be insulated from the elements on this bitter-cold, blustery day.
