On a stream ~ Mount Kisco, NY

deficiency of time but big challenge !

A twist on the ‘mini planet’ treatment. I took a lot of boats on sea while we were away, they seemed to line up perfectly on this shot though!

A scene that you will still see on the larger rivers in Thailand. The boats these days are far bigger though

The Canada Goose Navy was on patrol this day in one of our local parks. The first group includes 11 goslings, the most I've ever seen. The other group includes one. This will be an interesting neighborhood for awhile.

I finally made it out to do landscape photography, but was on a business trip so photography was limited. Here, I return to Folly Beach in South Carolina, to the Summer Place, where I saw this flotilla of pelicans soaring homeward as the sun set. This photo and the South Carolina vibe are strong contrast to my photography in Florida, where lately I've been doing kiddie portraits (!!) in fine art style, and also working with major colleges and universities covering dance, theatre, and music. But not landscapes, and I am keen to go out on the road again soon!

The Conservatory Water in Central Park.

the rain took a break yesterday and the clouds came out to play,

then last night the skies opened and it poured 'til morning, its stopped now but still quite breezy, must nip out for a walk now before it starts up again, hope you all are well.

About this time of year, the water fowl who are going to stay over start congregating in South Bay. The Swans start outnumbering the Canada Geese which usually dominate the bay near the shore line. I have no idea how many there are out there as this is only a small fraction. An audit by wildlife inspectors a few days ago counted 200 but I would dare the guess that it is closer to 500 at he moment. On a bright sunlit day they they practically glow. There are plently of ducks and Canada Geese as well.

I don't know, but it was a fun leg of the grid drive.

The jetski's were playful.

the colours came out strangely but I was shooting into a very hot, strong and dazzling sun.
