Sunset and rusting oil storage tanks

On a fencepost on a threatened site in Strathspey, Scotland,

The fence posts all had "V"s or "A"s on them. It took me ages to realize that they stood for the name of the hotel: Villa Amor.

Thanks for looking. Many of my images are available on my website www.aaronwintersphotography.com .

A vine on a fencepost, an incoming storm.

While shooting a sunrise on Flagler Beach, I turned around and spotted a setting full moon (always remember to look over your shoulder!). It appeared to be sitting on a fencepost, so I took this shot. While processing, the subject seemed to lend itself to a more whimsical approach so I experimented liberally with saturation and contrast, and came up with this. Not something I usually do, and I'd love to know if you think it works.

The mate of this hawk was not impressed with my proximity here and swooped down at me while taking this photo! I didn't realize until she flew, that she had prey in her talons!

For best viewing - try large on black

I was walking around the backyard looking for something to shoot this evening and this caught my eye. The light was so pretty. Nothing specal, just a shot for the day.

Shot on a Praktica MTL 50, Pentacon Auto 50/1.8 and Fuji Acros 100.
