Killing two birds with one stone....catching the morning sky, and getting a fence shot. This is down by the water, next to one of the marinas....Hope you all have a fabulous Friday!
One from last year. This is a fence I admired near Snelston in Derbyshire. My Dad grew up near here. He roved the fields as a boy and biked down the roads as a young man. Lots of history then. In this photo, I like the winter sun on the fence. HFF!

Yay it's Friday! Too bad now that I have no work I have 10+ math homeworks 2 quizzes 1 exam and 1 project to do in the next 5 days. sigh that's just one class. wish me luck! So busy.

Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.
I like the simple way the fence rails are attached to the posts. Just a simple loop of barbed wire around the rails and knotted at the tailing end. Quick and effective.
DeChambaugh Ranch, Mono County - now a "ghost" ranch but in the 1800s it supplied food to the booming mining communities in the county, especially Bodie. HFF!
The grasses along the ridgeline above San Francisco Bay are all brown, but the fences have interesting lines and the two ravens inserted themselves into the frame. HFF!
