Talking with someone and thought my misty pond images would quite suit B&W, so heres one of them.

Taken with NightCap. Long Exposure mode, 14.28 second exposure, 1/100s shutter speed.

A coloured edit of this shot of the stairs of the "Goetheturm" in Frankfurt was one of the first shots I uploaded here on flickr.

This time I used Lightroom and Silver Efex Pro for a slightly different crop and handeling of lens distortion, a better balance of light and correction of the highlights and the black&white edit.

Well sometimes it's just fun to play around with the editing.

This is a re-edit of a photo I took last summer. It's been a favorite image but despite the great look on a computer screen, I never liked the way this looked when I printed it. In preparation for an art show this weekend I revisited it and started from scratch on the edit using some my new skills at editing these difficult night shots. This version looks great on paper and I like the way it looks on the computer as well.
