We planted several varieties of blueberries and they are ripening nicely.

There was a 7.0 earthquack this morning at 8:44 am centered in Ichinoseki City. Here in Tono they said it was lower six on the Japanese scale. This is the biggest shake I have ever felt! My house really rocked but nothing was damaged or broken. A plate fell off the counter but that's all. The ground shook off and mostly on for a good 40 minutes and then there were continuous aftershocks until noon when there was a 5.0 aftershock. After that some smaller shocks were felt but not so bad or so many. I expect to be woken up tonight as well! While this was no China quake I saw some really amazing landslides and so forth on TV!

Its a EarthQuake! The Earth shakes when the duck quacks. Picture was drawn a couple of months or a month ago. I miss spelled EarthQuake and spelled EarthQuack when mailing Ivysaur3.

This was taken a week before the mammoth disaster of earthquake and tsunami to Japan. The suffering and pain the Japanese people are having now around Tokyo, Sapporo, hokkaido, or Fukushima is unexplicable, Experts are trying hard to fight back the nuclear meltdown as well as volunteers are trying their best to fight back the disaster after earthquack and tsunami. lets pray for them, spread our hands to them. whatever we can we should do for them!!!!

The place known by earthquack in 1990;

A few sketches for something I'm working on. I sat for a couple of days drawing people, writing wishes on cards and tying the cards onto a small tree. It was a conceptional work by Yoko Ono. This was in the sculpture garden at MOMA. Yoko Ono did a concert for the Japan Society Earthquack relief found last night.

One of the famous and most sacred landmarks of the West Country. From the summit at 158 meters you can get amazing views over three counties - Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset.

Tor is a west country word of celtic origin meaning 'hill'. On the summit is St. Michael's tower, part of the 14th century church. It was built to replace the previous church which was destroyed by an earthquack in 1275.

After this area being hit with an earthquack.

Bit of a tremor at 12:58 last night. I thought the washing machine was acting up but it wasn't on. The centre was about 200 miles north of here, it measured Richter 5.2. It was pretty good. Some choice reactions from the Guardian's newsblog:

Some jiffy bags were dislodged from some high shelving in our office. I can only thank God that no one was standing underneath at the time.

I know everyone else woke up in panic, but a friend of mine is an insomniac and actually nodded off during the quake. It was his best night's sleep in years.

Shaken awake from a deep sleep and jumped out of bed running around naked, adrenalin pumping, shouting "come on then.. have some of this"

I had earplugs in and didn't wake up. However, I went downstairs this morning to find my living room strewn with mess, just as though an earthquake had hit. Exactly how I'd left it the night before.

Small Earthquake hits UK.

Not much damage.

Please send in your stories of how this hasn't affected you very much at all.

As they say up here in Yorkshire:

I shat me sen

I thought it was intruders and immediately went into burglar repel mode i.e. I ran down stairs waving my pick axe handle wildly, praying there was no-one in the house. My girlfriend thought it was the dream she was having where she was short changed in a pub and protested violently. We both agreed the bed hadn't shook like that for a long time.

was woken by the rumble.

I took a small sip of water. Nothing then really happened, but I woke up again at about five o'clock and had another sip of water, then went to the toilet.
