The only editing I did was a slight touch of the levels in Photoshop, the colours and duotone effect are all natural.

“…a late delight

Atoning in its splendor for the flight

Of summer blooms and joys -

This is September”

Not too sure about this one, the jpeg conversion seems to have resulted in a bit of sharpening that is a bit annoying. Plus I cannot make it look straight even though there was a spirit level on the camera at the time.

But I like pylons.

I took a shortcut in the valley behind my house and came upon this field... Color looked OK but I wanted to play with a duotone look.

First explore of 2012 yipee!

Went hiking at 5:30am today to catch sunrise at Bukit Tabur. Too tired to process any new shots now :(

This shot is taken from the archive. Shot at my hometown during Chinese New Year.

A shot from windmill Bonrepas, taken at the sunset where I made this photo too.

This morning I was trying some things in Lightroom and Photoshop, and this was the result. I'm not so into black-white or duotone photography, but it has something for me, so therefore I uploaded it to Flickr. New for me, and I'm anxious for your opinion.

The office is closed. I have gone fishing for new and wondrous sights..................see you on the 22nd. Take care of yourselves.

In duotone. A black and white version can be seen here.

Not all that original, seen a few benches around flickr .... but here's another one to sit on.

I thought I would try something different this time. This is my first attempt at a duotone - I kinda liked it so I thought I'd share it with you all. I guess this is the best way to learn, right - try something new!! :)
