This week, I have tried to start a weekly cooking at home strategy. The inaugural dinner was this "Arabian" squash and walnut dish (from the veggie Moosewood cookbook), with a Greek salad.
Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati is 2nd largest cemetery in the US. In addition to about 30-40 Revolutionary War vets, It has 1000 Civil war vets, including 41 generals, both Union and Confed, all marked with small marble headstones. They are buried in a circular pattern and, of course, marked with flags on Memorial Day weekend.
Spring Grove is also a nationally renowned arboretum
