Over the period of my career in sales I have set up distribution networks and sold scientific equipment in six of the seven continents. Here I have chosen one coin from each of the continents I have visited. Clockwise from top Left; Asia, Europe, South America, North America, Australia and Africa.
My friend, mentor & inspirational husband/father figure Cole Jordan gave me this cowry shell last year at my graduation. As he handed it to me, he said good luck with a big smile & hug.
I stuck the shell in my pocket and cherished it ever since.

There's not much you can use as money these days. Guns, ammo, food, water. Currency means nothing, everyone is held hostage. The Federal forces take whatever they want whenever they want. They left McAvoy with a hole in his gut next to a leaking barrel of radioactive waste. I guess someone had to be made an example of. He wouldn't relinquish his stock of body armor "for the cause" whatever that means. If there's one thing the rest of us took away from this it's that not even our lives are currency in this world. Nothing but what we can give to them is worth anything.

"You know with love come strange currencies
and here is my appeal:
I need a chance, a second chance, a third chance, a fourth chance,
a word, a signal, a nod, a little breath
just to fool myself, to catch myself, to make it real, real"
