Do you like Avacado??? I know I sure do and again my creative energy was high today. So I put the avacado on a white background and then added all the warm textures to give this an Old World Culinary Flair.

Frog legs wrapped in Spanish moss dipped in swamp water & garnished with a twig of green is a delicacy in these parts.

This, too, was taken on a food lighting course. It has just about the same setting as the Sunset Sailing in Japanesse Cuisine shot in my photostream. The only difference here is that there is no light coming from the back but, instead, one flashing at it behind the food, all flashes are white, no lighting with colored gels, and there's a red background paper behind the food.
