Norwegian Epic Cruise Ship. Mediterranean curise.

Some eagle hunters try to get a little closer. The cruise ship Mish-an-Nock gives tours daily from the Coeur d'Alene Resort for those who aren't satisfied with viewing the eagles along the roads and lake banks. Only a gull in sight in this frame.
Haven't rode this yet. On my short list.

We took a small cruise around Manhattan to celebrate our second anniversary last night and we had a great time!
I was happy with the number of nice shots I managed to get... at night, handheld, and from a moving ship! 8-P

Using a tripod proved challenging. The cruise ship I was on shook all the time. The vibration though tolerable for me was not tolerable for very slow shutter speeds. Traditional HDR camera setting were changed with surprising results. I increased the ISO on my Canon. I opened the aperture from my normal F11 to F7.1 and increased ISO settings well beyond 100. The result was a very fast shutter speed and transition on the three shots taken.
