I wanted it gritty, rough and a bit 'dark' and mysterious. A merge of two pictures given PP in PSE5. The opposite of pretty! Haha!

While awaiting the arrival of a delicious dinner out, creativity got the better of me & my Nikon D7100 for this shot.
If you discover it, it will allow you to go further than you think.

Creativity is a natural extension of our enthusiasm.

The fox is made of cotton velvet and details are hand embroidered. It's machine washable, and double stitched to prevent accidental gutting. 13.8" (35cm) long.
Took this the other night on the way home from work after it had snowed. Its a dead tree in a field in Healing Village near Grimsby. I have been wanting to capture this tree in some way for a while so I went to see what it looked like with snow on it. Used my kit lense 18 to 105. F10. ISO 200. 20sec exposure. Tripod mounted. Used a Lenser LRD Torch to paint the tree in light. The image staight out of the camera was a little dissapointing (dull with no depth) but I pressed Auot Correct in windows picture manager and the vivid orange came out. The tree isnt too far from the road so I am assuming the colour comes from light pollution off the stree lamps. Not 100% happy as I think it would be better if the tree was painted with the torch light a bit more on the outer branches to the top. I went with a friend of mine who took some shots but we where cold and already late home so I only got a couple of images. I may go back for another try if it snows again.
