For a subject to be strong enough to be worth photographing, the relationship of its forms must be rigorously established. Composition starts when you situate your camera in space in relation to the object. For me, photography is the exploration in reality of the rhythm of surfaces, lines, or values; the eye carves out its subject, and the camera has only to do its work. That work is simply to print the eye’s decision on film.
-Henri Cartier-Bresson
Love to live in the countryside, the scenery, birds' call, horizon, all are amazing. This kind of place inspires me.

SOOC. Lot of thorns, houses and buildings here and there, powerlines and neutral light.... not a classic beauty as a landscape and quite messy..... but I just like this shot!

A small lane near Sellack Common in Herefordshire, looking back down the hill.
You walk up this lane as part of the the Hoarwithy circular walk [www.herefordshire.gov.uk/environmental-protection/country...]. Well, you do if you take a wrong turn at Sellack Common!
It all looks really green in the photo (and it was!). A few edits to bring out some extra detail in the branches and leaves, but otherwise pretty much as it came out of the camera.
Comments welcomed.
Coonabarabran (locally known as “Coona”) is a friendly country town of around 3,000 people with 11,000 living in the region. As the closest gateway to the majestic Warrumbungle Ranges, it’s one of the best places in NSW to experience nature. Enjoy bushwalking amongst the spectacular scenery and ancient volcanic remnants of Warrumbungle National Park, encounter wildlife up close and by night, marvel at our stunning skies and find out why Coonabarabran is known as the ‘Astronomy Capital of Australia’ when visiting Siding Spring Observatory.
My mom used to call us 'free range kids,' like free range chickens... We roamed the countryside.

This image was taken below my house at my dad's pond. There are alot of rolling hills in our area. Its a beautiful view from there and captured a few sunset and moon images.
