On a cold and wet night, a friend and I tried out these concrete jungles for some downtown grunge. Lights from West Seattle color the clouds beyond the concrete bridges. Lots of fun shooting in this environment. I'd like to try this again with an umbrella next time. :)

...at and from dinner in the concrete jungle. Oddly, this image has me thinking of the Honda Fit I just bought. I'm sure the vanity plate "BUGHEAD" is already taken.

My photography routine always seems to begin the same way - I start out going to the most populated places, become entirely overwhelmed/disenchanted within minutes and end up doing my best work of a lone individual on a barren side street.

This image was taken on East 23rd Street across from the FDR.

New York's concrete jungle at your feet... as seen from the 86th floor observatory of the Empire State Building. Rockefeller Center and Central Park are also visible.

This picture is one of the last pictures to be uploaded as part of the finale of my recent travel to Japan, Macau and Hong Kong. This is also one of my most favourite shots of one of my most favourite places on earth.

Aerial shot of what is undisputedly one of the world's most spectacular harbour with scenic panoramas of concrete jungle and the beautiful flow of the waters of Victoria harbour.

Let us learn more about the skyscrapers that make up what is known as the 'fragrant harbour' (Hong Kong).

This shot has been taken during my first outing of the year 2016, a short trip to the city of Rotterdam.

I left with sunny skies, but when arriving at Rotterdam there was an overcast sky. Lucky for me the clouds were pretty low, so it gave some nice effects on the buildings and light.

Please see this blog post on my website for more shots from that day.

You can also see more pictures from Rotterdam in this Flickr-album.

I wish you all a great day!
