"Dennis Hahn is a cocktail enthusiast living in Portland, Oregon. My focus is on inspiring the average person who appreciates good cocktails to make them on their own at home. I have found that a lot of people who appreciate a good quality drink often have no idea how to put them together, or how to properly pair cocktails with food as a substitute for wine. I’m targeting people between the serious home hobbyist down to the person who only makes two-ingredient cocktails."

"A single drop of water will drastically change the taste of the spirit."

A firm believer in quantity over quality, Nathan Gerdes spent 2 years studying, tasting and consuming the stories and products from some of the best distilleries in the world. As lead bartender at Portland’s Alu Wine Bar & Lounge, Nathan has found a clientele and community of local producers who firmly believe quality ingredients directly relate to a quality of life. He looks forward to helping change the way most people think about cocktails.
