Night is over, and morning light started to invade the Pacific Coast in Oregon ... bringing out the day stars ...
I found the colors along the California coast near the Blow Hole & Half Moon Bay just spectacular in April.
This was from a few weeks ago along the California coast.
My cousin is flying into Albuquerque tomorrow where I'll pick her up and we're going to Santa Fe for a couple of days before returning to Durango. We are planning a few day trips from Durango that I'm really looking forward to also.

Looking back at the trail and the abandoned Naval Base from midway up the trail at the Point Sur Light Station.
The coastline at Peniche in Portugal is attractive particularly with the rock that stands alone and is quite high.

Beautiful rugged coastal at Burnham-On-Sea. I can understand why there are so many people love their beaches.
My son and I had a look down the coast for sunset at Whitburn, there were a few other photographers scattered around the cliffs waiting for the colours to change.
Filters used:- GNDh 0.6 to hold back the sky & GNDs 0.6 inverted to ensure the sea didn't blow out.

There are many mornings when those looming overcast skies never clear, but sometimes it can be worth it to stick around and watch as the sun eventually breaks through, leaving a window of opportunity to grab a few shots before it eventually fades away again. I was very excited to have found this little cove in Rye, and will definitely be back to try some different compositions here under some more vibrant light!
