A colorização e a iluminação ficaram divinas
Fugindo do pragmatismo eu quis fazer algo bastante fantasioso ★
Essa é a segunda manipulação q eu mais adoro,a primeira é a do Senhor dos Anéis (que fiz da arwen e do aragorn)
Espero que gostem

I was at a urbex school location, and noticed this trench that was full with cd´s.
I guess that they glued them there because there was a classroom on the left in the basement.. with this shiny colorful solution, they collected day light in the dark classroom.. they could also switch the light on ;)
Newer upload from the same urbex school location. www.flickr.com/photos/martijnvanhoeflaken/6331416836/

I'll be busy the next few days, so thought I should upload this CD for you for the 14th. Hope you enjoy it...
A digital CD laying on the old school black vinyl LP, the changes and evolution of music, from the old to new!
Project 52 Assignment 10 was to design a Classical music CD cover for a string Quartet. Not having access to instruments or musicians meant a bit of thinking out of the box.
Took pictures for a task in school - CD-cover.
This will be the front.

First experiment using cross polarised light!
Thanks to my Flickr friend grnach for the great idea, something I'd never heard of and which took me a while to understand.
Basically, in this photo, I'm using a plain white computer monitor as the light source and a circular polarising filter in front of the camera (not actually ON the camera because it doesn't fit!) Inbetween the two I placed this totally clear piece of plastic (apart from the scratches), which is a protective cover from a stack of new CDs. It's the cross polarisation of light which creates the colours (no Photoshop involved) - it's actually showing up the stresses in the plastic.
Now I just need to track down a sheet of linear polarising film to put in front of a light source, so that I don't have to use my computer monitor, and find some clear plastic objects to try out which are more interesting than this CD cover! (It doesn't work with glass unfortunately)
Many of you probably know all about this technique already but, if not, you can put "cross polarization in photography" into Google, there are lots of interesting articles about this effect. (the American 'z' spelling gives more results).
These are just a bunch of CD's my boyfriend and i have lying around the house that I thought might look cool for a photograph since cd's are so shiny.
i didnt get quite what i wanted, but i didnt have a lot of time on my hands.
