This from one of my many walks around the woods in my area. Literally 50m from where I live there are farms and woods. I have often tried this technique out and I just liked the abstract feeling of this one and I did not want to upload another boid today.!!!!! Off to say hello to all. (you either like this or hate it). It looks good from a distance and in the thumbnail!

I found my mum's old Pentax Super-A film camera and an old roll of film! I've never shot actually shot with a film SLR and I think it's time I give it a try :)

Another of my camera passions is macro photography.
Had a macro outing with other fellow members of the flickr group - Newcastle Sundance at the Botanic Gardens at Raymond Terrace (NSW; Australia) this morning.
I was fortunate to spot this tiny frog sitting in the middle of one of the pretty flowers there.

At $549, I was finally able to purchase a nice SLR camera: a Nikon D3000. It was well worth it! Pictures are stunning, got the professional look, and its great with my shaky hand! I should really update my Flickr account to pro.
