After the colourful excess of yesterday, and the bold look of Saturday, I decided to go for a decidedly minimalist approach today, so just a single bolt -one of four - holding a piece of metal on a fence...
I designed a Lightning Bolt foundation paper piecing pattern - six triangles meet at the centre to form a hexagon "Lightning Storm" block :)

Loads of thunderstorms and lots if rain and then the rain moved on giving me a chance to get to the terrace and set up my camera. Scary sight, esp with a metallic tripod :))
Today was a 70% clear day. No nearby storms.

Any suggestions as to why the left roof (but not the tv antenna further over) suggests camera movement? Or could the duplication be shadow from the lightning?
