I followed this storm very early one summer morning, and was able to get several nice shots. This was one of the last shots I got before the sun came up and the storm rolled off over the mountains and into the next county.

4 Second Exposure, Lucky To Get Two Clear Strikes!
Taken on a remote island -- "Goose Island" -- 14kms off Pt. Victoria, South Australia.
Ugh, didn't bring any other lenses on travel except my 50mm/f1.8. Didn't think I would have the chance to take anything like this. Regardless of the lens, at least I had my camera. And yes, that bird was actually there!
Walk past this all the time on my walks to the store, when the sun is right I take a shot.

This was a cool fence down by the docks in Long Beach. I love how rusty the bolts were, yet they were still very strong.
Kinda like me.
