Margate in early morning light ... fishing boats prepare for another day's work ... as well as a yellow yacht that stood out in the sunshine.
Margate is a small seaside town on the Channel Highway between North-West Bay and the Snug Tiers, 7 kilometres south of Kingston in Tasmania, Australia.
While on my way to Kettering, I glanced to my left and saw boats in the distance. I immediately took a detour and this was my reward. Such a perfect start to the day.
On the ferry ride that took me to Bruny Island, I struck up a conversation with a couple from Snug. I remember remarking what a lovely name it was.
I have been very busy last 2 days so couldnt enjoy and comment your great photo and miss it. hope to be less busy after today and to catch your photos soon.

Camogli is a small Italian fishing village and tourist resort located on the west side of the peninsula of Portofino, on the Golfo Paradiso at the Riviera di Levante, in the province of Genoa on the Italian Riviera.

I hadn't realised how interesting the harbour is with all the fishing boats and old and very colourful houses.

Almost a cliche now, but it would not be possible to visit Lindisfarne without getting a shot of this boat in the harbour and the castle in the background.
At Lake Macdonald in Glacier National Park you could take boat tours, rent smaller boats or canoes. On this day we decided against the boat tour due to the weather. We had already had one downpour and it was early morning a starting to rain again.
