There is an iridescent cloud in this photograph of Town Beach in Porthcawl. Iridescent clouds are a diffraction phenomenon caused by small water droplets or small ice crystals individually scattering light. Larger ice crystals produce halos.
If parts of clouds have small droplets or crystals of similar size, their cumulative effect is seen as colours. The cloud must be optically thin, so that most rays encounter only a single droplet. Iridescence is therefore mostly seen at cloud edges or in semi-transparent clouds, and newly forming clouds produce the brightest and most colourful iridescence. When a thin cloud has droplets of similar size over a large extent, the iridescence takes on the structured form of a corona, a central bright disk around the sun or moon surrounded by one or more coloured rings.
Another beach shot I'm afraid. Due to my new found hobby of collecting sea glass, I am on the beach a lot more often.

Luskentyre Beach is the most amazing beach I have ever visited! Located on the west coast of The Isle of Harris, we walked up and down under truly fantastic July sunshine! Shot on out of date Kodak VS slide film and Canon EOS 3, F2.8 24-70mm.
Krakal Beach is one of the most beautiful beach among beaches in Java. Krakal Beach has soft texture and white sand covering along 5 kilometers away. The beach gets sunshine from early in the morning until the evening most of the years. The sea wind also blows softly with the big wave. In the future, the beach will be developed for tourists village and resort, particularly foreigners.
Traveling to this beach will pass through small hills with big rocks. This is a character of kartz area which is managed by the local people. Based on some geological researches, thousands of years ago, Krakal area was the basement of the ocean. By the natural lifting process, the basement was getting higher and appeared as a high land. The rocks were former houses of the rocks animal at that time.
Krakal Beach can be reached through 6 kilometers way from Kukup Beach area. People is used to end their trip on this beach after a visit from Baron and Kukup Beach. From the city of Jogja, you need to travel for more or less 65 kilometers in 3 hours long.

Newport Beach, incorporated in 1906, is an affluent city in Orange County, California, 10 miles (16 km) south of downtown Santa Ana. The population was 85,186 at the 2010 census. The city's median family income and property values consistently place high in national rankings. Beachgoers have flocked to Newport Beach since the Pacific Electric Railway started bringing them in 1905. Attractions include the city beaches from the Santa Ana River to the tip of the Balboa Peninsula, Corona del Mar State Beach, and the beaches at Crystal Cove State Park. Newport Beach is renowned for good surfing, especially between Newport Pier and the Santa Ana River. At the tip of the Balboa Peninsula, The Wedge offers world-class bodyboarding and bodysurfing. Newport Pier and Balboa Pier draw fishermen and sightseers. A boardwalk (actually a concrete path) runs 2.9 miles (4.7 km) from 36th Street in West Newport, past Newport Pier and Balboa Pier, to between E and F Streets on the Balboa Peninsula.
