I took pictures of Basil on the back of the couch, experimenting with my flash indoors. I want to get better at using my camera indoors and Basil was the perfect model!

my best friend bought me this basil plant this summer. the one i bought myself looks pitiful next to this one....so lively & beautiful. i almost feel bad for the other basil. i look at it often & think, "how sad it would be to be that basil...droppy & rotten...sitting next to this one." but then again, anything can be beautiful.

What with the tomatoes and the basil all I need now is the Mozzarella......perhaps I should buy a buffalo!

My new cat... or should I say 'one of my new cats'? The other one is called Sid and is a bit shy at the moment, so I haven't got a photo of him yet.

I think this is basil. Love all the furry bits and textures and the subtle play of colours.

still waiting for warmth & life of spring, although it's been pretty mild this week. I'm ready for gardening :)

So, some friends of Basil and mine have contacted me to do another 365 project. I persuaded my niece to join in the adventure. We are starting on Friday!! Basil will make an occasional appearance :)

Likes:: Walkies, sniffing bums, humping legs, licking where my balls used to be, sleeping

Dislikes: Castration, being locked outside, other dogs, cats

Favourite Book: Romeo and Juliet (I'm a romantic at heart)

Favourite Actor: A difficult one. Number 1 is Scooby Doo, then it would be a choice out of Lassie, Rin Tin Tin and the Littlest Hobo.

Favourite Actress: Now that's easy. Lady from the Lady and the Tramp. She can share my pasta any day

Favourite Movie: Donnie Darko. I'd love to chase that big bunny rabbit
