31222 heads a peak evening service from Kings Cross near Brookman's Park on 25th May 1978. Introduced from Brush, Loughborough (works No.248) in 1960 as D5648 and withdrawn during October 1988 from Bescot depot and disposed of by Vic Berry at Leicester during February 1990.
