Evening in my cattail patch.

This is a small island which is part of our property. We seldom go there because of the rugged and marshy terrain. The other day, we were guiding some friends through it and we came upon this uncommonly site. The following evening, my wife and I return to witness the setting sun spectacle, along with the cattails. Although the front seats were all taken, they were quite accomodating and allowed us to watch from the rear. We had to stay quite...we could hear shhhhhhhh...coming from the audience.

One of the shot when I got Kiev and Biometar. I intended to use the 120mm as a main lens for Kiev-60, but now I use Arsat80mm and Sonnar180mm, and I sold Biometar for Sonnar.

The Gravensteen is a castle in Ghent originating from the Middle Ages. The name means "castle of the counts" in Dutch. Gravensteen is situated at an altitude of 9 meters.

But we ran away

Now all my friends are gone

Maybe we've outgrown all the things that we once loved

But what are we running from?

A show of hands from those in this audience of one . . .

Using light as its revelation and wind as its rhythm, the setting sun carves a beautiful ballad for an audience of one.

This was not shot at The Magic of Oz , but the set was obviously (and rather brazenly) constructed using their look and feel. I strongly urge you to visit this awesome sim.
