After almost 5 months of abstinence, I am back again
and have finally finished creating an image today
So here it is, and in advance a happy new year to all!
Out of focus from the rest of my photostream but nothing like the occasional shake-up. Crop and slight re-edit of an original mixed media work. Since taking up photography a couple of years ago, I've let the painting and illustration slip somewhat although I've been making plans to re-engage with it.
I've painted this lighthouse view several times using different software and my Wacom tablet. I think I like this one better. This was an alleyway in The Mission area of SF. The entire length of it had been painted with murals and grafitti. When we arrived, there was a group of painters working on a mural at the west end of the alley. This was one of their friends taking a break, watching them work.
