Listening to James Taylor as I reflect on my recent trip to a favorite Locale.

We were standing in the rain looking at this amazing colorful sunrise.
The moment the sun was up, al the colors disappear and everything get grey and dull.
Xiayeliu is on the south-east coast of Taiwan.
Looking back on a 2015 early mornig visit to San Simeon Pier.
The pier is located at the William R. Hearst Memorial State Beach, which is protected under the California Marine Life Protection Act, and is home to a sea otter preserve and a colony of 15,000 elephant seals.
