You guys know by now that i like to keep things simple. That's the type of photographer i am, and i think it also says a lot about what kind of person i am. Clear...simple...minimal....no worries :)

Thanks Steve for the poetry of Yeats:D
I WILL arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,
And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made:
Nine bean-rows will I have there, a hive for the honey-bee,
And live alone in the bee-loud glade.
And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the veils of the morning to where the cricket sings;
There midnight's all a glimmer, and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the linnet's wings.
I will arise and go now, for always night and day
I hear lake water lapping with low sounds by the shore;
While I stand on the roadway, or on the pavements grey,
I hear it in the deep heart's core.
A view of the agglomeration of overhead lines, sunlit tracks and signal posts leading out of Essen central station to the west.

Blue hour at Loch Lomond. Serene, quiet and not the worst view in the world. I too rarely take time to appreciate having this place just half an hour's drive away.

Another photo of one of the amazing sunsets we had earlier this week. (I'm afraid I have lots more to come) Colour as captured.
When you are at the top in the powder bowls sledding and you can't see in front or behind you and everything is a fog. It's nice when the sun comes out and tells you which way NOT to go ;-)

This image kind of fits the last one, where I think that the afterglow of my mum will last for much longer. I hope you like it even though I think that it could be brighter, but since I was a little late the light was already very dim. Have a nice weekend!
A recent visit to Glasgow returned this piece of work which I liked the desolation of it all and it got me thinking of nuclear winters and fallout from a nuclear holocaust......
I should never have grown up during the cold war, it did horrid things to the brain lol
