Sambeke, a proud Maasai herder of the warrior age-set, comes from a small pastoral settlement nestled in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, near Amboseli National Park in southern Kenya's Rift Valley Province. High-resolution Noritsu Koki film scan, shot with a point-and-shoot pocket camera, circa 1998.
He travels each year to Keyna’s northern Swahili Coast to work as a security guard. The money he earns goes towards the upkeep of his family and cattle back in the homeland.
Adorned with glass-beaded collars and stretched earlobes with glass-beaded sleeves.

Among all the water-lily images that I have shot, this is by far the most aesthetically pleasing to my eyes. I hope that you feel good too and Happy Sunday :D flickr friends !
By the way, have you noticed how clear the shadow or reflection of the lily is? The water was so calm that I did not have to edit it, I merely enhanced the vibrancy of the colour blue in this image.
Location: Lorong Halus, Singapore
Not quite my best photo, but I tried editing it for shits and giggles this weekend...so why not share it with my good friends on Flickr?!??!!?
