Don't leave Santa milk and cookies this year. This is what he REALLY wants...

Belgian ale yeast brings a delicate balance of fruit and spice to this full-flavored blonde ale. This beer is complex, slightly hazy and deceptively drinkable with a dry finish.
This beer was enjoyed at the Grand Opening of Chapel Brewing in Dundas Minnesota. I cant wait to see what beers they come out with in the future. This beer was excellent!

at Pizzaria Paradiso, Dupont Circle. This was a cosmo spiced up with raspberry lambic. Also yummy, a pumpkin beer.
Grapes ripening on the vine in a vineyard, ready to be harvested and turned into a mouthwatering Beaujolais wine. I used a color palette of grape purple, wine (duh), deep orange, peach, pastel sage green and just a splash of red for my botanical painted photograph. This shot inspired me to pick up my Amazing Alphabet Alliteration set again due to the fact that while I was trying to think of a title, this alliteration just stumbled out of my brain and demanded my attention!
I started this in March 2010 and then hit a busy patch at work and never got back into but, I love the idea and really want to finish so, here I go....out of order though.....I'll put them in order once finished. =]
Hi guys!
Just a quick SOOC shot to whet your whistle.
Still loving my X20 although I've had almost no time to use it. Business is kicking my butt right now but that's a good thing.
Hoping to come around and visit it bit as the holidays near and things slow down for us.
I hope everyone is well.
CHEERS!

Every year, my father-in-law gives us tons of grapefruits off his tree. BAGS AND BAGS! I love grapefruit and use it for many things including juice, by itself, in sauces over fish and in cocktails.
I've always loved a good greyhound but they can get boring after awhile. Today, I made up a variation and it was absolutely delicious, the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
For lack of a more creative name, I'll call it a Marcitini =D
1 or 2 oz vodka (i use kettle one citron)
1 oz St. Germain liqueur (an artisanal French elderberry flower liqueur)
4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (you can sub Simply Grapefruit if needed but fresh is best!)
Adjust as you like to make sweet or tangy....
