*I think in Georgia, these guys start to show up around mid May ... somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

*I make my own nectar 3 cup water, 1 cup sugar (Any other secret?) . I do not add color because even food die can cause these hummer to lose their reproductive ability.

*I do not put hummingbird feeder near other bird feeder (also try to place two or 3 feeder around the house with huge coverage (if possible). These guys are very territorial

It is located between Terrapin Point on Goat Island in New York State, and Table Rock on the Ontario side of the falls. Much of Horseshoe Falls is located in Ontario, Canada with the remainder in New York State, United States of America

This weekend drove as far "east" as we could go in WA to shoot the Palouse hills, Had a fun time shooting with some very talented photogs, a few old and a few new friends. little m, Justin Reznick, Ryan McGinty, & Jason. Ryan just happens to be a fabulous tour guide who is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He is now accepting tips and gifts as compensation for being such a rockstar! :)

This was taken at sunrise so the shadows are more intense. However the conditions were less than ideal and i am definitely not in love with this shot. Heading back over again tomorrow night for a long weekend to take a workshop with some amazingly talented photogs. Keeping my fingers crossed the weather conditions are better than forecasted at the moment.

Thanks everyone for stopping by. If i don't get around to checking in today i will definitely say hi soon. Enjoy the rest of your week :)

I found this old tree along the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.

15-min walk from my house, this place is where I spend a lot of time shooting, walking and reflecting. This beach is very close to my heart :)

Boston Garden & Zakem Bridge at Sunset

We got an story from the driver on a famous tree in the Japanese garden, about a photgrapher paying the day to him so he waits for an hour so he can photograph a tree that was famous, and ask him to call him when the tree loses its leaves. And thats it, no more on the story and no conclusion at all. Not you are as disapointed as me.

Drip, drip, freeze, drip, freeze... Is spring coming anytime soon? This is the bottom of the waterfall at wildcat canyon. Interesting how the ice has formed in repeating layers

This is one of the old buildings little m and I saw on our road trip to eastern WA this past weekend. Did some blurring of the clouds to make this amazing structure stand out. Had some help from expert editor vinny , thanks Vinny! Out of all the old structures we saw, I have to say this was in my top two for interest. I will be photographing some spring flowers soon for all you color lovers out there. Will be stopping by your streams tomorrow. And as always thanks for your visit :) Don't forget to play a trick on someone you love today!
