Like many people I have always loved sculpture but few could disagree that the work of the sea is some of the finest there is.

Went two weeks ago to Bondi Beach to take some shots of Sculptures by the Sea


Morning started quiet with a few rain drops and without any photographers around..Hope you enyoy this as much as I enjoyed capturing these sculptures ....

Bondi to Tamarama Beach coastal walk transformed into a temporary sculpture park


Coloured nylon wire in yellow, orange and red is strung on pipes in this work from the Argentine artist Alejandro Propato and is called 'Permanent Sunset'


i don't know how many confusions are in my life. and i don't know whom i can ask.

I really had a problem with the clouds here, had some nice movement up front but everything was static in the background, I can't decide if it works or not!!

A section of a sculpture called Signature by Johannes Pannekoek. Featured in the recent Sculptures By The Sea exhibition. I shot this with Oggl, choosing Ray Mk II + Rasputin.

Sculpture by the Sea 2012 @ Bondi, is a major annual outdoor sculpture exhibition that is open to the public for no cost, featuring sculptures made by Australian and international artists.


The exhibition, held annually during summer in the Southern Hemisphere, commenced at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia in 1997; expanded to Cottesloe Beach in Perth, Western Australia in 2005; and in 2009 the first Sculpture by the Sea exhibition outside of Australia was held in Aarhus, Denmark under the patronage of The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Denmark.

Sea-Sculpture Took a trip down to Walton on the Naze on the Essex coast.Planed it all wrong as the Tide was out I suppose this is part of the learning curve in landscape photography.But did come across this piece of driftwood (Sea-Sculpture) so not a total loss,Thanks for viewing
