It has meanwhile become a tradition for us to spend NYE in a European capital. This year Copenhagen was the place to be and we spent great days in this beautiful city. Similar to Oslo last year the light conditions in Scandinavia during Winter are quite challenging. Something between low light and night conditions are interesting and demanding. The Royal Court (Curtea Domnească) monuments ensemble in Târgovişte, Romania, built in the 15th century. Ruler Mircea the Old is the founder of the royal residence, with construction works launched around 1400 and finalized in 1476. The museum includes the Royal Residence, the Great Royal Church, the Small Royal Church and the Chindia Tower. Only the ruins can now be seen of the Royal Residence, its gardens and fountains. The Great Royal Church still boasts its frescoes with portraits of Wallachian rulers, and a cannonball stuck in its walls, in testimony of past wars. In the Small Royal Church, visitors can see interesting pottery work and the oldest church porch in the country, built concurrently with the church in the 16th century. Lymm is notable for its historic buildings. These include the Lymm Town Hall. Lymm Dam was built in 1824 – when a turnpike road was created from Warrington to Stockport. The land where Lymm Dam sits was then owned by a man called William Lever who intended to make considerable changes to the area.
Last night after work I took a trip down to Royal William Yard in Plymouth, it's been ages since I've been down here in the evening so thought I'd head down for sunset to see what I could get.
It was weird being in the yard and having it be so quiet, normally on a Saturday evening the place would be full of people eating or drinking at the many restaurants and bars that are located in the area, but last night it was absolutely empty, The only people around were the residents who live there.
The shot I had planned for sunset didn't turn out too great so I headed outside of the yard to get one of my favourite compositions of the place as blue hour started.
I've not had time to go through all of my images yet but here's the first one from the visit.
As much as I appreciated comments and feedback I would request no Awards or flashy gif comments, please. They will be deleted. Thank you.

Side entrance for workers and deliveries of earthenware factory the Koninklijke Porceleyene Fles, also known as Royal Delft. The decoration and lettering on the wall, door and garbage container are most probably done by artists working at the factory.
It is the only remaining factory of the 32 earthenware factories that were established in Delft during the 17th century. It is known for its Delftware production, and has been active for more than 350 years, without interruption.
