I know I could do better following this advice but I am trying. One thing that this pandemic has done for me and my family is that we have become much less wasteful. We started a bag in the freezer for food scraps to make stock with and a compost bucket for other scraps. I reach for reusable containers instead of disposable plastic wrap whenever I can and we are really enjoying our leftovers. We had solar panels installed a few years ago so the electricity we are consuming is at least clean energy. What does this quote mean to you? How are you living gently upon this earth?
