A roe doe caught by surprise when I was out photographing a family of redstarts on my local patch earlier this afternoon. This roe doe was on the edge of some woodland in a meadow on my local nature reserve browsing in the hedgerow when I saw her. It was a couple of minutes before she looked round and spotted me pointing my camera at her! This is a full frame shot of her.
