The elusive Aurora Borealis brought out a lot of photographers on this night. Astrophysicists predicted a level 2 geomagnetic storm which caused a lot of hustle and bustle in the local photography scene. Minnewanka Lake provides a fantastic vantage point to the northern sky where the Aurora was expected. Unfortunately it was a bust in this part of the world. Can't say I didn't stay up late enough as I got home at 4:30AM.
Headed to Newport this morning with Kath..... Whilst shooting this shot I had 3 people at different times stand on the boardwalk in front of me..... when i asked one of them to move they said that I will be there for a while and they will only be a few minutes..... and no they didnt move.
Lots of birds at the local restaurant today! I need to admit that the photo is a series of 5-6 shots (through a dirty kitchen window) and a few birds have been copied in ;)
A little bit of HDR on this beautiful abandoned home. It looks like it was a pretty rough winter for The Old Guyitt House, it's in much rougher shape than the last time I visited.
12/6(土)に行なわれた、写真展 「 #東京25区 」 の出展者が集まったPhotoWalk。二次会と言う名の撮影ではネオ東京的な景色が人気の次世代東京夜景スポット!?にも案内してもらいました。みんなレインボー色レインボーブリッジの時よりも、聞こえてくるシャッター音が多かった気がします。
そんな濃いフォトグラファーの作品が集まった写真展 「 #東京25区 」 の開催期間は1月10日（土）から1月17日（土）まで。初日の1月10日（土）にはオープニングパーティーがありますので是非会場まで遊びに来てくださいね。

El puente de U Bein, que cruza el lago Taungthaman, se encuentra en Amarapura, cerca de Mandalay en Myanmar, la antigua Birmania.
Se trata de un puente construido en teca aproximadamente en el año 1850 cuya longitud de 1,2 kilómetros lo ha situado como el más largo del mundo de su tipo.

The month of June in Lisbon celebrates the feasts of 'santos populares' (sto antonio, St. John, st Peter) and the city's historic neighborhoods are colourful adorned by paper flowers and pompons. Popular parties everywhere in the streets to dance, play traditional music, to sing fado and to eat in some improvised taverns with bread, roasted chorizo, cheese, fresh sardines, red wine.
It is tradition in St Antonio night, to buy a pot of basil with a paper clove where it is written a romantic quote to offer someone you love. It is said 'it will be a forever love'.
