my moo cards arrived.

£10.83 for 100, sent from London. I thought they were coming from the colonies.

I'm forever scribbling down my URL on bus tickets to give to people who I see taking photos at concerts and other events.

Bit thicker card then I thought they would be, with a plasticky matt finish. Quality.

Moos auf Baumstamm / Moss on trunk

I made these for small holiday gifts

Moo cards are awesome for someone as indecisive as me. 100 cards, 100 different backs! And yes, there are only 98 in this shot, but they would have knackered the composition...

A cow of the year 3000

I've been trying to build lately, but nothing seems to be clicking.

This is a picture of a cow who is very excited to be eating tomatoes, taken with iPhone 5s and tweaked in Snapseed. Happy Sliders Sunday!

She agreed with me, you have to wade through a lot of bullshit to find your truth.

We are awash in proverbial and literal shit right now. There's a constant competition within the media to steer the narrative one direction or another. Ethical journalism, or at least journalism encouraged to examine ethics, is fighting to stay alive. It's all about our desire to live in fantasy and not see the world as it is because we would weep from guilt and shame. Yet, we must weep. Then we can understand how to act and what part to be accountable for. We must remember to moo-ve.

got two packs of new Moo yesterday! ☺ these are some of my faves

Mini Moo is doing well. He visited the vet yesterday, and then returned to my friends' farm to stay in their upstairs bathroom. I know that he will get more of the interaction that he craves staying in a house that homeschools three young kids rather than in the home of someone who is more often than not gone twelve hours a day for work. I have visiting privileges, of course! At the vet, Mini Moo received an antibiotic injection. He also will have ear drops, eye drops, a med to treat parasites, and lysine. This little trooper continues to be able to eat on his own and his drive to live is back in full gear. I truly hope and pray that his eyes respond to the treatment. . . I don't wish for Mini Moo to live with chronic eye issues (although I know the quality of life can be easily great. . . just look at Gumbo!). We are also praying for the right home for this little love bug!

new moo products :) handmade stickers, using this to close the giftwrap with :)

animal shots kinda crack me up, what can i say?

I knew those Altoids tins would finally come in handy one day...

An Altoids chewing gum tin is just about the perfect shape for carrying your brand new Moo MiniCards. It will hold about 30 cards comfortably. There is a bit of extra space, as you can see, but just enough so that there shouldn't be any damage when the case gets a bit jostled in your pocket...

(EDIT: #14 on Explore for October 3... some people must dig this.)

Bubble and squeak topped with flat mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, red onion relish and a fried egg.

I've been following the "Moo Tin" discussion and luckily for me, I realise the the Eclipse mints (they are available everywhere in Melbourne, Australia) cases are perfect for Moo cards!

Yay!! I got my Moo cards finally last night and I'm very happy with them. The print quality is good and they arrived in good condition.
