I just ordered 50 cards with this shot for an event in September where these bowls will be given to dignitaries from the State of Tennessee. The tree that provided the wood for these once stood on the grounds of the Tennessee State Executive Residence - (aka The Governor's Mansion). I placed the order with MOO from the Flickr home page - i will let you know how it turns out and when they arrive!

got some moo cards last week.. such cute little things .. send me your addy, and i will mail you a couple ;) and would be even more fun if you want to trade. ;)
been trying to catch up on lots of little things this week... but will be having a peak at what you have been up to in a bit.
I am thrilled with the quality of the postcards I received from Moo - they are actually a bit thicker than ones you buy! So, yay!! :)

Thanks for visiting everyone, i'm not sure about it's technical merits, but i like a picture that has a bit of an unanswered question, and a bit of strangeness, as soon as i saw this lined up i knew it had both.
The figure is higher than the cow which messes with the perspective and the backlight distorts the shape of the silhouette, the cows were all pretty chilled that day, but this one seemed to have something to say, wish i knew what (it could've just been asking me to go away :)
As for the figure, i thought the body language (folded arms) was great too, hence the 'moody' title :)

He stole one of my moo cards and ran into his little tunnel with it. So I just left him with it, and a few hours later I went to get it off him and found him sleeping like this
I turned my lovely order of mini moo cards into bookmarks I am giving out as freebies for all my etsy orders! I think they'd make great gift tags too!
The second copy of the mini cards arrived in yesterday! The first copy was faulty because it missed 7 cards (!). So I got free coupon for another print, I tried out the glossy finish.
I think I prefer the glossy finish, it is better for rich colors.
I think for illustrations matte would be nicer, and for photos gloss is better.
