Special Guest, Ambertone, hot off the road traveling with 7 Mary 3, played to a giant crowd at this famous Venue. More to follow. Interesting when I post Rock and Roll. Methinks many of my contacts added me for Nature photography...and some tend to stay away from rock and roll concert shots...but this IS wildlife. This is one of my favorite head on Rocking full band shots.

Hope you enjoy this as much as we have and do. Nearly straight out the the famous words of Dusty Pixel...: ,just a pinch and a tug. May not be a completely accurate quote, but check out his photographic wares if you have a moment. You will not be disappointed).

Rock's and leave's are better then Nothing.

Similar to an earlier shot but this female [osprey or sea eagle]comes nearly every morning to feed then flies off to feed her chick. It is not a huge rock and a climb of only a few metres gets me close enough for a reasonable shot.Taken at Currumbin Rock, Qld, Australia. {and not in 1980 as the stats say, hadn't set the data in new camera]

Asked what type of music he preferred, the answer was quick.."Hard Rock baby!!!!!"

These rocks came from atop Blomidon Mountain when Bobbie and I hiked the Copper Mine Brook trail. They caught my eye and I thought they would make an interesting macro study, so in the camera bag they went. One month later and I finally got around to doing those macros.

I was setting up for a shot of the 7 Wonders (previous post) when I turned around and spotted the giant guitar floating above the trees. It was from the Hard Rock Cafe in Bayou Place. High above was the moon in the early morning light. This served as a good reminder to me to look all around because the obvious shot is not always the only one.

As always, your comments and faves are appreciated. I welcome constructive criticism in my quest to get better.

A reflection I found interesting. It is of the sign for the Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh.
