The Royal Crescent is a row of 30 terraced houses laid out in a sweeping crescent in the city of Bath, England. Designed by the architect John Wood.
From last summer's idyllic holiday in Cornwall, England, hoping this July will be as lovely...as I recall, I sat on the beach playing with my polariser most of the day watching these clouds, they barely moved all afternoon. from Hawkers Cove looking across the River Camel at Daymer Bay.
I like this shot of the Downalong area close to the harbour where the houses are literally on top of one another, higgeldy piggeldy; you can see the top floor window of the cottage we rented. I desaturated the yellow to make this a blue and white image because, well because I like it that way! St Ives Harbour, Cornwall, England.
Avebury, Wiltshire, England. In the care of the National Trust and recently featured on 'To the Manor Born'. We didn't do the house but the grounds were rather lovely and the tea room was fantastic!

The building of this magnificent Tudor Hall began in the reign of King Henry VIII.
Little Morton Hall in Cheshire was constructed during the Tudor period, with the earliest part of the house begun in around 1504-1508 and the latest addition being completed in 1610. The Moreton family were wealthy landowners in the area and built the house as a symbol of their prosperity.
The house remained in the possession of the Moreton family for almost 450 years, until ownership was transferred to the National Trust in 1938.
Enter via a sandstone bridge across the moat to view this lovely historical hall.
I spent a lovely sunny day exploring this hall and it's gardens, Coot's feeding their chicks, Orange Tip butterfly in the box hedge garden, Mute swan on a nest of 4 eggs by the side of the moat...lovely day! :)

Longstone Lighthouse
Love this lighthouse and the history that goes with it. A slightly choppy trip out to the Farne Islands but worth it, the wildlife and views were marvellous
