For as long as I can remember, we had bubble lights on our tree. Around the time of the first moon walk, we even had a set of them in the shape of rocket ships. I carry on the tradition with these wonderful Christopher Radko retro bubblers with "kliptons" for easy application to branch or tiara :)
My favorite part of Christmas is the non stop assault on the visual senses. The kaleidoscope of bright, cheery colors can be over whelming for some but for me, it's like the soft glow of a warm winter fire.

Pink swans? Oh, they picked up the colours in the Christmas tree, and there are seven swans all around the ball. This was our tree this past Christmas. Added some large green and orange ornaments along with the shiny brites and others.
Our 2009 Christmas Tree. Actually has a mix of ornaments from Shiny Brite as well as other vintage makers, Christopher Radko, MOMA, and a few Pier 1 Imports...
