Its March in Norway, im travelling in the Troms region searching for some interesting view where to spent the night waiting for northern lights. I found a very nice panorama in the Lyngen alps, where Storfjorden is going to its end at Oteren.

Norwegian fjord with aurora borealis which is mirrored in the sea and snow-capped mountains are the frame.

Iceland 2009 Geysir - Aurora boreale con via lattea. A sinistra in alto ci sono anche 2 stelle cadenti e l'arancione sulla sinistra è il soffione del geyser Strokkur fotografato di notte.

Foto dell'Aurora Boreale in Islanda. Scattata dopo una lunga attesa al freddo e con un vento a 20-30 km/h! è stata una serata limpidissima, perfetta per ammirare questo spettacolo! #auroraborealis #northernlights #AuroraBoreale

avevo sognato, premeditato questo scatto :) l'aurora e la lattea insieme...

dopo una ricognizione prendendo la statale 862 che da Tromso porta a Sommaroy trovo questa stupenda formazione:

Skitntiden mt 1042mt

Middagstinden 1006mt

Storsteinnstidan 1017mt

passo la prima parte della sera-notte a Sommaroy ma il vento è cosi forte che non si riesce a fotografare, il cielo è di una pulizia pazzesca, mai visto nulla del genere, decido di andare a fare due scatti alla via lattea e avvicinarmi a Tromso

casomai ci saranno pure le Northern...

Ecco come sono stato ripagato dopo la mia uscita in notturna di qualche giorno fa.

il titolo l'ho preso da google traduttore quindi se è sbagliato colpa sua XD.

Quel pomeriggio c' era abbastanza foschia e mentre stava per calare la notte ero abbastanza preoccupato di aver buttato via tempo e denaro per via delle nuvole che arrivavano..cmq ormai ero li quindi tanto vale aspettare l'ora giusta per scattare, dopo qualche ora la luna è uscita dall'inquadratura quindi ho iniziato a scattare, il risultato eccolo qua!

nella precedente post ho puntato sull'effetto del cielo che a sx era arancione mentre a dx azzurro, però piu la guardavo e meno mi convinceva..alla fine mi son deciso di risistemarla

ecco come mi piace oggi :) praticamente ho desaturato il cielo e pompato l'azzurro in piu l'ho raddrizzata perchè era storta

dati:

nikon d90 + tokina 11-16 f/2.8

- scatto per le stelle:

30", iso6400, f/2.8

- 5scatti per il paesaggio tot:

20min, iso100, f/5.6
