Hundrednorth and I went on a photo walk in the Chinatown area of Vancouver the other day. It was great fun!

What with a new baby in the house, we are back into the swing of cooling boiled water. The wife has taken to allowing it cool in an clear airtight jug, which allows some lovely patterns of condensation collect on the lid.
I like the 309. It's stood the test of time fairly well,compared to the Renault 11 for example. With a few scratches and scuffles, this is not a prefect version. Just a very "French" version.

For any of who don't know, today is the NYC marathon. My friend, Erin, ran in it today. This would have been me on race day cheering her on if I had been there, just imagine some tall buildings behind me and fake trees. Yes, I would have made the sign and the added additions would have Gummi bears. The big plan was to have Erin step on the Gummi Bears somewhere on 93rd st and 5th avenue. I, the dumb person that I am, booked my flight back to Canada without realizing I was doing it on race weekend.
Based on this picture, Erin may feel relief that I was not T H E R E... Could you imagine me running along side you with this sign? Need I say more?
This was an early one. I took it from this angle so that the residents up ion their veranda didn't see me. In great shape too to be a 309 as many of them all around Europe are heaps. By Serbian standards this is a very clean car. As for the plates the first two letters will indicate where in country it was registered/origin so this one is Nis.
I accidentally deleted my picture today!!! I actually went out of my house for a walk - in nature!!! Well down the street in the neighborhood but I was enjoying the trees changing colors while I got a quick dog walk in. I've been so frazzled lately I was flipping through shots on the camera and just started going on delete auto-pilot for about 3 shots?!?!?! DOH.
So - late at night and just a quick selfie w/ the pooch. I'm really not strangling him - I know his eye looks big but he's actually laying w/ his body straight up into the top of the photo and his head is flipped over backwards to lay on my chest so he looks a bit strained :)
