What a beautiful sunrise this was. It is supposed to reach near 60 deg. F today and into the 70s by the week end. I am looking so forward to it. In this image if you look closely you can see Geese on the far side of the pond from me. Three flights landed while I was there. This little sand mine has been designated as a migratory area. I was as far in as I was allowed to go unless I ignored the posted sign.

Better Large
It is pretty striking the difference in colors that 10 minutes makes during a sunrise. This image was captured approximately 20 minutes before sunrise and 10 minutes before the one I posted on the Jan-10th. The viewpoint is almost identical to the other as well.
these are all acrylic paintings on wood panel. Most of them are 8x8 and one or two are 6x6. all originals are available. These paintings all remind me of the Sonoma Valley which we visit on the way to the vineyards.
