A Virtual Start to the School Year

It was a surreal start to the school year at Des Moines Public Schools as instruction began online in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, even though the Governor and now a Judge says schools can't take such steps to keep students and staff safe. I stopped by a couple of schools as teachers were delivering virtual lessons to students from their real classrooms.
