NeuroNight: Cocktails & Connectomes
We hosted more than 200 guests for drinks and a chance to explore the latest in neuroscience and AI. The event included a talk from Viren Jain of Google, who described how Google is working with the Max Planck Institute and Howard Hughes Medical Institute towards building comprehensive maps of connections within the brain. We heard from Jose Millan on how the design for brain-computer interfaces at Campus Biotech benefits from art-science research, and saw demos of new technology built around neuroscience from Wearable Sensing, Re/Me, and the University of Geneva's Houssem Ben Mahfoud.
The event marked the closing of the Mental Work showroom with drinks, a DJ, and hands-on demos.
