A good resolution. Mine is to create more things

Excellent resolution. The key truly is not waiting around for inspiration to hit, but practice practice practice. (She said, as she thinks of a gazillion things to do RATHER than write : )

    I like that one.

I'm still nervous about setting off on another big writing project - after the demise of my last one, I'm still a little gunshy. But it's definitely time to get back on that horse.

NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) did that for me. Committing to posting each and every day meant I didn't leave so many good potential essays in my head. Of course, 90% was crap. But at least I got the good stuff down when it came.

Swim: GO FOR IT! Great goal. I'm big on the goals. And this year - I am just growing them right out in front of me.
I always feel inspired by a GOOD mechanical pencil, and a great note book, like yours. Keep us posted!

    Thanks, everyone! :)

I've been nervous about doing NaBloPoMo; I always feel like my blog posts completely miss the mark, and I'm not sure doing 30 of them in a month would make them any more on target. It's good to meet someone that it worked for.

Haha, so do I. I do all of the actual writing on my laptop, but almost all of the plotting in notebooks, and a good pencil is absolutely essential. :)

Thanks! This is my favorite journal in recent memory. I can't wait to take it with me on the next trip (hopefully in May!).

    Yeah for trips :D
Ours are usually too stressfull to write. Talk about jumping through hoops. I'm glad when I can manage a few crappy snaps ;)
