Piazza San Marco in the blue hour

This is the huge Piazza San Marco, one of the true icons of Venice.

The blue streaks you can see in the air are from "helicopters", small plastic things with a blue led light. Shot up with a rubberband and then falling slowly down.

These were sold everywhere around Venice. They cost 1 to 3 euros depending on location.
